Arts & Culture: June 2017


From June 30 to July 5, Jeanne Marler is having an art exhibition From La Tuque to the Townships at Espace England Hill, 104 Lakeside Road, Knowlton 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily.

June 24 opening of Hors-Cadre season. Exhibition of works by artists Ghyslaine Ledoux and Isabelle Daval. Presentation by Ginette Richard: workshop: creation of Mandala.

In collaboration with the committee of La Fête nationale du Québec: Live painting by local artists in Knowlton center June 24 from 1 to 5 p.m. 320 Knowlton Road.

Artists in residence of creation in Hors-Cadre, Atelier-Galerie from June 28 to July 2 from 11 a.m to 5 p.m. Ghyslaine Ledoux, Mansonville, 450-242-1908. Workshop proposed by the artist Paint the subject in nature. Some outings will be offered during the summer season Details & registration:


The Acoustic Village (at the Star Café, 61 Lakeside) presents The Honeysuckle Sisters (with Michael Hynes) with opening acts Dominic LeHaie, Sylvain Racine and Biz Oliver on June 10 at 7 p.m. Reservations: 450-558-6557 starting May 29.
