Call to municipal candidates

Municipal elections will be held throughout Quebec on Sunday, November 5.

On September 22, the political campaign will get going when candidates start to officially announce their intention to run for office.

In order to prepare for Election Day, Tempo will offer its readers in all the municipalities where it is distributed – Town of Brome Lake, West Bolton, Brome, East Bolton and St-Etienne de Bolton – timely coverage on the issues facing the electors.

In order to provide this coverage, Tempo calls exclusively on candidates for mayor in the municipalities mentioned to send us an outline of their political program (200 words or less, per language, in French and in English) as well as a recent head picture no later than Friday, October 6, 2017. Our e-mail address is editorial@tempolacbrome.org.
We can also be reached at 450-242-2400.

If we haven’t heard from mayoralty candidates by October 6, the election issue coming out at the end of October will not include your input.

Also, all candidates for mayor and for councillors are welcome to send us their advertising by Oct. 6. We offer special election rates. Give us a call to find out more.
