ETownships opened 18 months ago by Virginia Wilson, during a lockdown. ETownships is the Knowlton node of a rich local network of artisanal producers who all come together to support each other.
The range includes a wide variety of local beer, ciders and wine, bath and beauty products, fashion accessories, pastries, chocolates, desserts, and gift baskets. On the food front, there is a choice of baked goods from three bakeries: La Mie Bretonne (Cowansville), Owl’s Bread( Mansonville) and Dora Bakery (Eastman). There is meat from Maui (lamb), Cheeky Creek (pork) and Products Jorick (rabbit). Miriam Pattison serves Virgin Hill Coffee at the store. In summer, the shop carries a range of local fresh vegetables.
