The Brome Missisquoi Perkins Foundation recently launched a new five-year campaign to raise $5 million. This new drive coincides with the 25th anniversary of the Foundation.
Over the past quarter century the Foundation has helped equip the BMP hospital with state of the art equipment notably in orthopedics and cancer treatment. This new drive aims to improve the accessibility of orthopedic services by relocating the clinic.
With a growing population to serve, the Foundation needs to redevelop part of the hospital’s surgical unit, and finally new equipment will have to be purchased in order to maintain BMP’s standards of excellence.
Four co-presidents are leading the fundraising campaign. They are: Élaine Beaudoin, Catharie Béchamp, Jeremy Fontana and François Marziali.
Since its foundation in 1993, the BMP Foundation has raised and invested more than $27 million to provide better services and access to health care.
