How extraordinary to still be playing a formidable game of scrabble and, if it wasn’t for the restrictions of COVID, a remarkable game of bridge.  After confirming all safety protocols would be applied and ensuring social distancing and safety measures would be respected, Mrs. Archer welcomed family members to the Manoir where she lives on Saturday, May 8th.  She greeted those in attendance as they took turns approaching her balcony from the parking area – raising a toast from a distance, of course. A zoom call was arranged for those that could not be present and Mrs. Archer was presented with 105 roses.  The Manoir staff, Lisa and Jennifer in particular, should be commended for the outstanding job they have done in keeping the residents safe and well cared for during the pandemic.  Are there any other residents in the area that have reached the venerable age of 105?
