There’s a new kid in the festival community this year when Folk & Blues des Cantons parks itself in newly hip East Bolton, July 18 to 20 and July 24 to 27. Artists include Adam Karsh, Kawandak. Steve Hill, Andréanne A. Malette, Sarah Biggs and Bobby Bazini, and get this, it’s all free. You will still need tickets though. Oldrimers should note East Bolton was once South Boltoh, a long time ago.
