The annual Massey-Vanier Scholarship and Bursary Fund ceremony took place on Thursday, May 28, 2026, in the Massey-Vanier auditorium. Family, friends, and donors gathered to honour 80 graduating students.
This year’s awards night was especially meaningful as it marked the 50th anniversary of this long-standing ceremony.
More Than $134,000 Awarded
Our loyal contributors generously awarded many scholarships, bursaries and prizes, adding up to a sum of over $134,000. This will provide significant financial support to these students who will be pursuing post-secondary studies.
Our donors are diverse: they include families and organizations who have set up funds in memory of loved ones, Massey-Vanier staff and student alumni, and various school or MVHS class reunion groups.
Many local businesses, banking and investment institutions, foundations, educational and health establishments, towns, associations, service clubs, and private individuals also contribute to our fund.
Thank You to Our Community
The MVSBF Committee and its trustees are deeply grateful to our generous community and to our dedicated and reliable volunteers who work together to provide students with the financial support necessary to pursue their educational dreams.
Thank you so much!
Congratulations to the Class of 2026! We wish you a wonderful future filled with happiness, adventures, and success.
