Richard Pilon has a new life after the Star Café, both from the business and the personal side. The former owner of the popular café is many pounds lighter, happy, smiling, and doing what he loves the most – cooking and connecting directly with his customers. His new commercial kitchen has been set up in his garage at home. His current ambition is to help people plan meals at home. Richard offers meals that he says are a different option from the freezer section of the supermarket. The menu includes many old Star Cafe favourites: boeuf bourguignon, bacon, ribs, smoked chicken, ham, and chili. At his right hand are Patricia St-Pierre and Sylvain Racine. 

Richard says he is enjoying cooking again, and being in direct contact with customers. He is also making Brome Lake his focus. He intends to serve just the local area, and also to source his meats from here as well. Watch his Facebook page where he will announce his new website soon where you can order.
