Young diver wins twelve gold medals

A nine-year-old boy from Robinson Bay in the Town of Brome Lake has broken all previous diving records by winning gold medals in all twelve competitions that he entered. Claude-Olivier Lisé-Coderre finished his amazing season by winning three gold diving medals at the Super Final Espoir Aquam at Parc Jean-Drapeau in Montreal and was awarded $75 for this achievement.

Claude-Oliver attends École de L’Orée-Des- Cantons in Waterloo where he is a good student and, as a result, is permitted to leave school early to be driven into Montreal four times a week to train at the Camo Diving Club at the Claude-Robillard centre.

Needless to say, behind all good young athletes there have to be dedicated and supportive parents as is the case with Jocelyn Coderre and Isabelle Lisé. When Coderre was asked if he was a good athlete, he gave the credit to his spouse. “She used to be a diver and is the athletic one in the family.”
