Each year, Lions Clubs around the world proudly sponsor the Lions International Peace Poster Contest in local schools and youth groups.

This art contest for kids encourages young people worldwide to express their visions of peace. The theme of the 2018-19 Peace Poster Contest was “Kindness Matters. Students, ages 11, 12 or 13 on November 15, are eligible to participate. This year Donna Patina Pabon’s poster placed first from among 34 submissions from Knowlton Academy and St. Édouard School. Donna is a student at Knowlton Academy. Second place was awarded to Maika Hadlock, also a student at Knowlton Academy.
