The white-tailed deer hunting season timetable for Zone 5 is as follows:
• Crossbow and bow: October 5-18
• Shotguns, muzzle loading firearms, crossbow and bow:

October 19-23
• Rifle and crossbow: November 9-24

If you witness poaching, report it immediately by calling 1-800-463-2191. It is always a good precaution to wear orange or brightly-coloured clothing when walking in the woods during hunting season.
