As a retired Loto-Quebec manager, Thivierge makes her case that she is well qualified for the position.

Thivierge is proud of her accomplishments thus far, pointing out that while the environment is at the heart of her concerns, she is excited about bringing to fruition her joint projects in finance, human resources, and communications.

Thivierge vows to be diligent in the management of the projects already underway.

These include, she said, “the development of Terrio Park, the construction of the municipal garage, the restoration of the Lake Nick outlet and above all, the transformation of the sandpit into an affordable real estate development are initiatives that reflect the collective desire to build a dynamic and environmentally friendly municipality.”

Better management of public monies, budget planning, and enforcing bylaws are problematic areas in which Thivierge believes she can make a positive difference.

“My vision for Bolton-Est is clear: to consolidate our shared mission of making our municipality a great place to live. I want to preserve and promote our exceptional natural environment while fostering harmonious development.”
