Chouquette et Amandine (formerly Panissimo) has closed its doors in Knowlton since April 21.

For those who miss their favourite bread, the original bakery is still in Bedford at 84 rue Principale (579-537-8222).

Fresh local bread is now available at Buzz Café and Bistro, 291C Knowlton Road.

Buzz is collaborating with Bernard le Boulanger of Dunham.

Fresh artisan bread, pastries and other handcrafted products will be available Thursday through Sunday.
